Terms of Service

By accessing and using NerdVine ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

All engagements on NerdVine must follow our 5-Proposal Framework including:

• Clear proposal documentation
• Explicit acceptance from both parties
• Defined scope and deliverables
• Accountability protocols
• Enforceable terms through escrow

By initiating a transaction using our escrow service, you agree that funds will be held in escrow pending verification of deliverables. Deposits are non-refundable except as provided in our dispute resolution process.

NerdVine provides a formal dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to submit to this process for any disagreements. Decisions made through our dispute resolution are binding.

In no event shall NerdVine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits.

However, NerdVine may be held liable for losses resulting from our negligence or willful misconduct in managing escrow funds.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NerdVine from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may not:

• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Harass or abuse other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Share your account with others
• Conduct illegal activities

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any user that violates these Terms or our policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NerdVine operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
